Cosmic Legend - Legendary Prismatic Barrier

This is the colored version of my line art ([link]) for Cosmic Sailor Legend's defensive spell "Legendary Prismatic Barrier." Cosmic Sailor Legend holds her staff in front of her. The moon overpowers what clouds block it's path and a rainbow barrier, with a shiny crystal-like coating, slowly encasing them. This protects her, and her allies, against the strongest of enemies. However, the longer the barrier is up, the more energy Cosmic Sailor Legend loses.
I did change some things because it was bugging me with drawing them in For example, the hair color, ribbon on shorts not top, dark pink gems instead of cyan, etc.
