CCS Base-Clow Card

You may NOT use, alter, manipulate, edit, replicate, or redistribute ANYTHING relating to my CHARACTERS or any of my ART, in any way, unless given permission to.

This is a completely blank Clow Card base. I saw so many templates and no actual base, so I figured I would make it a blank - just in case people wanted to change the colors and what not.
